My Experience

I have degrees in both photography and art. For thirteen years I was a professional photographer exclusively. In 1997, when my first child was born,  I launched my own web design business so I could work from home. While continuing my photography work and web design business, I also taught myself web programming and became a computer expert. In the meantime, I continued to dabble in various arts and crafts for recreation. Later I had an idea that I should combine these skills with my faith and design inspirational jewelry. Thus was born Heavenly City Jewelry.

These days I wear many hats, including: jewelry designer, web designer, internet application programmer (Perl, ASP, PSP, SQL, Access, etc.), computer consultant, professional photographer, craft designer, and artist.

My latest passion is gardening; I take it quite seriously. My friends are always asking to see my yard, questioning me about garden design and plant management. I sense a new career possibility coming on!
